Change Orders

Short answer

Modify an approved project's scope with their own materials, labor and cost impact. Materials and labor can be pulled from the original estimate, Price Book, Bundles or Inventory.

Create a change order

1. Open the project from Projects.
2. Go to the Change Orders tab and click New Change Order.
3. Use Sync from Estimate, Price Book, Bundles or Inventory to bring in materials and labor, or add them manually.
4. Review the cost impact, then send it to the client for approval or set the status manually.
