Price Book, Bundles and Inventory

Short answer

Reusable materials, labor and service items with categories and price history. Bundles group items together. Inventory tracks current, allocated and available stock with low-stock alerts; stock only drops when use is confirmed.

Add an item, a bundle or stock

1. Open Price Book in the left sidebar.
2. Add a material, labor or service item with its category and price.
3. Group items that always go together into a bundle.
4. For inventory, record the stock level — WinkScope tracks current, allocated and available, and raises low-stock alerts.

Stock only drops when use is confirmed, not when it is allocated.
