Help Center: A public, searchable Help Center at /help with an article for every feature, task and error message, written from the same verified handbook WinkScope Support answers from.
Invoice balance protection: An estimate can no longer be invoiced beyond its own value. The dialog shows how much has already been invoiced and what remains, disables impossible milestones, and offers a confirmed reset that deletes unpaid invoices so billing can start over. Invoices with a recorded payment are never deleted.
Invoicing without completed Stripe onboarding: Invoices from estimates and change orders are created and sent normally even when Stripe is not connected or onboarding is unfinished. The client still receives the PDF and public link; Pay Now appears automatically once Stripe onboarding is complete.
Remove Stripe from a workspace: Owners and admins can disconnect a Stripe account from Settings, Payments. Existing invoices, PDFs, public links and payment history are preserved, and Pay Now is withdrawn from unpaid invoices until Stripe is reconnected.
Schedule reminders: Multiple reminder offsets per job, task or quick event, from the event start up to a week ahead, with owner and admin recipient toggles, a copy to the company address, and delivery by email and in-app notification. Choosing no reminders is now respected.
Messaging: A compact composer with templates, attachments and a send-as-email action. Team broadcasts stay internal; client, vendor and direct teammate messages can be delivered by email.

Google Calendar sync: One-way sync from WinkScope into a separate WinkScope Schedule calendar, on up to five company calendars, with per-account pause and remove. Entries created in Google do not sync back.
QuickBooks Online and Xero: Two-way invoice sync, including invoices created before the connection was made, with resumable syncing and external status mapping.
Send from your own email provider: Client documents can be sent through a company's own Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun or Mailchimp account, with a sender confirmation step before anything leaves. Account and system emails always come from WinkScope.
Change orders: Sync from estimate, material and labour source pickers, bundles, inventory and Price Book on every change order, manual status changes, PDF download and reminder emails.
Client portal per client: One portal per client covering all of that client's projects, instead of a separate portal per project.
July 2026
Data import: CSV import with fuzzy column mapping, invoice conversion into WinkScope invoices, and a concierge migration service. Imports are inbound only.
Records: A central document hub with AI categorisation, an assistant chat, newest-first loading and no practical record cap.
Time and payroll: GPS-stamped billable time logs, bulk approval and payroll export.

Advanced Estimates: A four-part detailed build with internal cost sheets, column visibility controls, estimate-specific terms and a contractor guide PDF. Available on Agency (50 per month) and Enterprise.
Schedule and Gantt: A redesigned Gantt with job, phase and task levels, drag-and-drop what-if scheduling, and a weather overlay on the project schedule.
Templates hub: Estimate, schedule and to-do template libraries with per-user trade visibility.
