Steps
Open the booking and choose the WinkScope AI analysis tab.
New bookings are analyzed automatically. If none is shown, click Run analysis; owners/admins can use Re-run analysis to refresh it.
Rules and limits
Starter sees an upgrade note on this tab instead of an analysis.
If a photo cannot be read, the analysis still runs from the text.
Still stuck?
If a step does not match what you see on screen, stop there and open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with a screenshot of that step. The team will look at the account directly.
