Client records with their estimates, invoices, projects and documents. Each client page has tabs — Info, Projects, Estimates, Invoices, Payments, Messages, Change Orders and Schedule — so one client is one hub. A client can hold several email addresses, each used for a different purpose, and an extended-profile switch reveals the extra fields.

Add a client, or reuse one on an estimate
Open Clients in the left sidebar and add the client — you do not need an estimate first.
Click a client to see their estimates, invoices, projects and documents in one place.
When building either type of estimate, search for the existing client on the client step and their details fill in automatically.
See every project a client has
Open the client from Clients.
Use the Projects tab, just after Info — it lists every project for that client with its stage, progress, value and date.
Click a row to open that project's dashboard.
A project appears here once its estimate has been accepted.
Store more than one email for a client
Open the client and use Edit Client.
Add the extra addresses in the emails area — for example one for the homeowner and one for the insurer or property manager.
When you send a document, the confirmation window lists those addresses so you choose which one receives it.
The main address stays the primary one; the others are additional.
Fill in the extra client details
Open the client and use Edit Client.
Switch More details on — it reveals company name, secondary phone, website, preferred contact method, residential or commercial, tags, billing address and notes.
Save. The switch opens by itself next time if any of those fields already hold something.
Rules and limits
The extra fields sit behind the More details switch so the normal form stays short.
Only the addresses saved on that client appear in the send confirmation window.
