This estimate is already fully invoiced

Short answer

Everything that estimate is worth has already been billed, so another invoice would double-bill the client. A Full amount (100%) invoice, or milestones adding up to the estimate total, already exists. WinkScope keeps one running invoiced total for the estimate and blocks overbilling whether the invoice is created from the estimate or from Invoices > New Invoice after selecting that estimate. An existing unpaid invoice still counts until it is cancelled or deleted; paid invoices cannot be deleted.

How to fix it

1. Open Convert to Invoice and read the balance at the top — it shows invoiced so far and remaining.
2. The same balance protection applies when you open Invoices → New Invoice and select the estimate.
3. To bill in stages instead, delete or cancel the existing invoice, then bill the milestones (for example 30/40/30) rather than Full amount.
4. To bill extra work on top, raise a Change Order and invoice that.
5. If the estimate was edited down below what is already invoiced, use Delete invoices and start over in the same dialog — invoices with a payment recorded are kept, never deleted.
