Open Schedule and switch to Gantt Chart, or open a project and choose Schedule > Gantt. Full steps below.
Where: Schedule > Gantt Chart tab, and inside a project: Projects > open project > Schedule > Gantt
Plans: Pro, Agency and Enterprise (or an active trial)
Steps
Open Schedule and switch to Gantt Chart, or open a project and choose Schedule > Gantt.
Rows read top-down: the Job, its Phases, then the Tasks. Click the arrow next to a row to expand or collapse it; task groups and sub-tasks added inside a task expand underneath it with their own bars.
Use the arrows and Today at the top to move through dates, the zoom buttons or the Day/Week/Month picker to change the scale, and the full-screen button for more room.
Open Options (left side panel) to pick a project, search, filter, export PDF/Excel, change what is shown under View (weekends, baseline, cash flow), run Risks, or try What-If. Close the panel to give the chart the full width.
Rules and limits
The Schedule page is included from Pro upward. Starter and Free plans see an upgrade prompt instead of the calendar.
WinkScope AI only plans work the scope implies; it does not add extra trades or prices, and its dates are suggestions the user should review.
The AI plan is added only after the user clicks Add to Gantt.
What this cannot do
Pull in dates from Google Calendar to build the plan.
Drag sub-task rows that live inside a task directly; open the parent task to edit them.
Still stuck?
If a step does not match what you see on screen, stop there and open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with a screenshot of that step. The team will look at the account directly.
