Gantt chart and What-If

Short answer

Drag-and-drop project timeline with a three-level hierarchy (Job > Phase > Task), dependencies, a Today focus, an ongoing-work-first ordering with a toggle for previous jobs, and a What-If simulation for testing delays.

Use the Gantt timeline

1. Open Schedule in the left sidebar and switch to the Gantt tab.
2. Read the timeline top-down: Job, then Phase, then Task. Ongoing and upcoming work is listed first; use the toggle to bring previous jobs back into view.
3. Drag a bar to move or resize it, and link bars to set dependencies.
4. Use Today to jump to today's work, and the What-If simulation to test a delay before committing to it.
