Steps
Bookings > Settings > Trades and questions.
Add a trade from the list (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling and more) or choose Other and type your own, then fill Describe this trade and Services.
Under Questions edit, add or delete questions, or use the suggested questions and Reset to suggestions to start over.
Click Save.
Rules and limits
Nothing changes until Save is clicked; leaving with unsaved changes shows a warning.
Customers' form answers are saved as they type, so switching tabs or coming back later does not lose them.

If a step does not match what you see on screen, stop there and open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with a screenshot of that step. The team will look at the account directly.
