Choose instant booking or manual approval

Short answer

Bookings > Settings > Booking mode. Full steps below.

Steps

1. Bookings > Settings > Booking mode.
2. Pick instant, manual approval, or a mix where only chosen days/times are instant.
3. Click Save.

Instant bookings go straight onto the Schedule as Confirmed. Manual ones arrive as Needs approval until you click Confirm.

Rules and limits

• Nothing changes until Save is clicked; leaving with unsaved changes shows a warning.
• Customers' form answers are saved as they type, so switching tabs or coming back later does not lose them.
