Nothing goes out until you confirm. Pressing send opens a window showing the document, the recipient and the address it will go to — pick from the addresses saved on that client or type another, then choose WinkScope or your own connected email provider. The branded PDF is attached. Team members can use the company's connected provider. Footers always show the company's details, not the individual sender's.

The footer always shows the company's details, not the individual sender's.
Pick which of a client's addresses receives a document
Open the document and press send — the confirmation window opens.
Choose the recipient from the addresses saved on that client, or type another.
Check the attached PDF is the branded one, then send.
Nothing is sent until you press the send button in that window.
Rules and limits
If the user's own provider key is wrong, the send fails with a clear provider error — it is not silently reported as sent.
Account emails such as sign-in, invitations and notifications always come from WinkScope.
The confirmation window lists the addresses saved on that client; you can type a different one.
The same branded PDF the Download button produces is attached to the email.
Still stuck?
If WinkScope does not behave the way this page describes, do not work around it. Open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with the page you were on and a screenshot, and the team will look at the account directly.
