Data import and migration

Short answer

Import from CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF, DOCX and ZIP with column mapping, platform-specific importers, webhooks, and a concierge migration service. Import is inbound only.

Import existing data

1. Open Settings → Data Migration.
2. Upload the file — CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF, DOCX or ZIP.
3. Check the column mapping against the sample rows and correct anything matched wrongly.
4. Run the import, starting with a small test file if the mapping is uncertain.

Import is inbound only. There is no automated export back out to another platform.

What this cannot do

• Export data back out to another platform automatically.
