Analytics

Short answer

Customisable dashboard of 24 widgets covering estimates, revenue, cash flow, invoices and team performance, with goals, pie/donut/gauge charts and downloads. Every figure is read from the company's own records for the selected period; cards that have no records say 'No data' rather than estimating.

Where: Analytics in the left sidebar

Plans: Pro and above

Set up the analytics dashboard

  1. Open Analytics in the left sidebar.
  2. Pick the period (30 days, 90 days, year to date, 12 months or all time) and, if wanted, filter to specific clients.
  3. Use Customize to choose which of the 24 widgets to show and arrange them.
  4. Set goals to track against.

Analytics dashboards cannot be shared by public link.

Download analytics

  1. Open Analytics and set the period and client filter you want.
  2. Use Download at the top for the full report as a PDF, a spreadsheet pack as a ZIP of CSV files, or the summary on its own as a CSV.
  3. For a single card, hover it and use the download button in its corner for that card as CSV, PDF or an image.

Downloads always match the period and client filter shown on screen.

Email analytics reports to the team

  1. Open Analytics and choose Reports at the top — only the owner and admins see this.
  2. Switch Send reports automatically on and choose weekly (last 7 days) or monthly (last 30 days).
  3. Under Who receives it, switch on each owner, admin or team member who should get the report; anyone switched off stops receiving it straight away.
  4. Use Send one now to email the current report immediately.

The email includes the headline figures and the full report attached as a PDF. There is one report setting per company, shared by the owner and admins.

If WinkScope does not behave the way this page describes, do not work around it. Open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with the page you were on and a screenshot, and the team will look at the account directly.
