Company branding and document themes

Short answer

Your logo, brand colors and chosen document theme are applied to every client-facing document — estimates, invoices, change orders and receipts — both in the app and in the PDF attached to emails.

Set the logo and document theme

1. Open Settings → Branding.
2. Upload your logo and choose your brand colors.
3. Pick the document theme your PDFs should use.
4. Send yourself a document to check the PDF and the emailed attachment both carry it.

White-labeling WinkScope itself is not offered on any plan — this brands your documents, not the app.

Rules and limits

• Branding applies to your documents; the WinkScope app itself keeps its own identity.
• A logo saved as SVG or WebP is skipped on payment receipts and automatic reminders.
