Seven real recorded tutorials are available inside WinkScope: Creating Estimates: Standard and Advanced (5 min); Clients and the Client Page (10 min, updated detailed version); Projects and the Project Dashboard (4 min); Invoices and Payments (5 min); Schedule, Gantt and Calendar Sync (3 min); Price Book (8 min); Time Logs and Payroll (25 min). They have English captions and clickable chapter timestamps. There is no separate Learning Center menu or page to open.
Where: Support → Tutorials; desktop Assistant also shows a scrollable tutorial list on the left
Plans: All plans; watching a tutorial does not unlock the feature it demonstrates
Watch tutorials
Open Support from the sidebar, or from More on a phone if Support is not in your bottom navigation.
Choose Tutorials. On a phone the tabs use icons: tap the play-circle icon, third after the chat bubble and ticket icons.
Use Search tutorials to find a video, or scroll the list and select its thumbnail or play icon.
Use the video controls to play, pause, seek or view captions. Click a chapter timestamp to jump to that section; scroll the chapter list for longer videos.
Close the video window to return to Support.
On desktop you can also select a video directly from the left side of Assistant; Price Book, Time Logs and Estimates appear first. Tablet and phone keep the Tutorials tab.
Watch a tutorial while using a module
Open Estimates, Projects, Clients, Invoices, Schedule, Price Book or Time Logs.
Select Watch tutorial near the top of the page to open that module's recording. The same control appears on the Advanced Estimate, client detail and project dashboard pages.
Rules and limits
Only completed recordings are offered. Records, Templates, Vendors and a standalone Dashboard/Analytics tutorial are not available yet; do not invent a video or promise a release date.
The Schedule tutorial covers calendar views, reminders, weather, time zones, Gantt, What-If and Google Calendar sync; the Schedule & Bookings category label does not mean there is a separate Bookings walkthrough.
Tutorials use fictional sample data and demonstrate the app; external integrations still require the company's own setup.
For WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram or public-site chat, direct the user to sign in to WinkScope and open Support → Tutorials, not to play a video inside that chat channel.
Never say WinkScope has no video tutorial section. Earlier chat messages saying this are outdated; correct them using this shipped card.
Still stuck?
If WinkScope does not behave the way this page describes, do not work around it. Open a ticket from Support > My Tickets with the page you were on and a screenshot, and the team will look at the account directly.
